Suggested Use

I've been using this product for the past six weeks. I use it in smoothies -- usually, I mix it with blueberries and mangos, along with some coconut or almond milk. And I add a banana to make it smoother and sweeter. Defnitely a great replacement for whey protein.

Makes quick, easy, nourishing, protein breakfast shakes for those of us who are not necessarily hungry for or want to take time for a regular breakfast. I make mine with almond milk, frozen strawberries and banana. Even my hubby drinks them.
