Arnica flowers have been used to soothe the swelling and pain of bruises, sprains, muscle or joint problems and for insect bites. It is used externally for injuries and is also suggested in homeopathic form for any soft tissue injury.
Cayenne (aka Capsaicin) has also been found to alleviate joint pain associated with osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Both of these conditions involve inflammation; cayenne’s premiere use is as a pain reliever

Suggested Use
Recommended placement: Site of pain or soreness remove clear backing from patch. Place firmly on clean, dry skin. Patch may remain on for up to 24 hours. Dispose of patch after each use.

These work well for minor aches and pains

My wife and i have used these off and on for years. They are convenient, last several hours and better than these other patches you see in the local drug store. When i had a minor injury this is what gave me relief.
