Almost all (80 out of 82) of the seeds we sell are from farmers who are certified organic. Organics have been an enormous part of our life since we first planted a garden in 1989. We are even partially responsible for the availability of a few crops that were once not even available organically - though our farmer friends certainly deserve the credit for that. Sprout Ease Seed Sprouter Jar will help you grow crunchy, fresh sprouts that are ready to eat in just 3 to 5 days, all you need is air and water! Sprout-Ease Seed Sprouter Jar comes with three toppers. The toppers can be used to drain water out of the jar and to rinse hulls away. You can even use the toppers on your own standard wide mouth mason jars and sprout in three jars at one time! The Sprout-Ease Seed Sprouter Jar enables you to sprout small, medium, and large seeds without ever having to step outside! No more worrying about braving the cold, rain, or pests to pick your herbs, because now you can grow them in your kitchen all year round. The one (1) quart Sprouting Jar comes with 3 lids.

Sprouting Jars are the least expensive method of sprouting. And, With a 1 qt. mason jar such as the Sprout-Ease Jar Seed Sprouter, you can grow Up to 1 pound of Leafy Sprouts or 2 pounds of Bean or Grain Sprouts per quart. Sprout-Ease Seed Sprouting Jar is clear and easy to clean.
Suggested Use
Three Easy Steps:
- Soak your Sprout-Ease sprouting seeds or mixes overnight in The Jar seed sprouter using the yellow screen top. Drain the following morning.
- Rinse and drain your sprouts thoroughly morning and evening. Prop The Jar at an angle with screen top facing down, to insure proper ventilation during sprouting.
- As sprouts grow, change to the green or orange screen top to rinse hulls away! Continue rinse cycle until harvest time, 3 to 5 days!

The assorted lids fit nice, and its good to finally have control over the size of the holes for the different size seeds. Definately better than my old plastic sprouter. Fast delivery.

The seed sprouter is just fine. It was a gift for my 11-year old grandson, who loves alfalfa sprouts. He's having fun with it.

I already had a lid with mesh screen in it and that works better than these lids. Had I not had that lid these would seem great, but the mesh lid is so much better at draining and you can put water back in without taking the lid off as you need to do with these, causing sprouds to go everywhere. These are ok - but if you don't care about washing the hulls away then go with the other if you can find it

Works great. Just do not put more than 2 tbls. spoons of Mung Bean in it.

excellent growing medium. I may use a little less seed next time, they all sprouted and really filled up the jar. the lids are great for rinsing and get good a circulation.

This product is well built and excellent for the price (under $5). I would recommend to anyone who likes sprouts.

Sprout Jar works great for sprouting and pre- soaking for micro-greens. Easy to cover during sprouting or place in light during chlorophyl stage of sprouting. I use a fold up strainer to keep jars at an angle so water doesn't pool. Have used the Sprout-Ease Jars for 10 years; my old lids still look brand new. Also use it to pre-soak beans and nuts needing soaking before cooking or eating - the jar with lid makes it easy to strain out water and rinse - the use of the lids with glass is ideal for people like me who don't want plastic in the food chain - lids are plastic but minimal exposure to food.

This One quart jar is really small. My others I have at home are larger, and I think better. It's not worth returning the quart size jar. I was hoping the lids were interchangeable with the jars I have, but they only fit on the quart jar. So really check out what size jar you need before you order. Otherwise, the quality is good.

It was easy to use espeicially with the mesh tops that came in three sizes. Instruction leaflet included was helpful gave me everything I needed to get started. The price was reasonable. I did'nt know much about sprouting but wanted to get started without alot of expense. This was perfect.

Great system to keep fresh sprouts in the kitchen for your salad or meal. You will never buy sprouts again! Very easy to use.
