This women's formula contains optimum levels of over 35 vitamins, minerals, enzymes, antioxidants and herbal extracts in just three easy-to-swallow vegetarian capsules per day. It is made from the highest quality ingredients and contains the proper ratios of vitamins, minerals and nutrients to energize, provide relief from stress, protect against organ degeneration, and aid in the prevention of chronic disease. In addition, it contains betaine hydrochloride (HCL) and a digestive enzyme blend to help maximize absorption. I have tried many other multivitamins for a women in their 40's, and this by far is the best. Other vitamins in the 40 age group category contain too much of certain vitamins and minerals. None of my Physicians were happy with the doses contained in these. However, my MD's have given the thumbs up to this vitamin for the contents and dosage amounts. Also, while other brands required up to 6 tablets per day, this vitamin only requires 3- so breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It also does not upset my stomach like other vitamins have done. And of course, the brand Natural Factors is simply outstanding, and I utilize many other of their products.
