Shopping Cart

The Shopping Cart is safe and secure. It protects both your privacy and the accuracy of your order. You can easily add, remove and update the quantities of your items directly from the shopping cart. To put an item in your cart select the "order" icon or the "add to cart" icon next to the product you would like. If you want to change the quantities you can do so from the product information page, or directly through the shopping cart maintenance page. After an item is added to your cart it will appear in the cart display box on the top right hand side of every page. When you have finished shopping, having placed each item in your shopping cart and selected the appropriate quantities, click "checkout". You will then be prompted to enter in your email address, billing information, and credit card information. Once your order is sent you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

As you shop, select the "Auto-Reorder Tab on the item details page and set the frequency in which you want to receive that item. Then add that item to your cart. Choose any item available on our website and set an automatic reorder frequency and we we'll do the rest. Whenever your order ship, we bill your credit card. Shipping Policies

Shipping shouldn't be something you have to worry about, leave the worrying to us! We make shipping with as easy and as hassle free as possible. Qualified item orders over $49 ship free, and orders under $49, ship for a low flat rate of only $5.95 per order (applies to domestic orders (48 states) only when standard shipping plan is selected. We also offer an array of expedited delivery methods and alternative carriers.

Why are some items "qualified" and others aren't? Because we always want to offer you the lowest possible price on all items, we are not able to offer flat and free shipping on some of our items. Instead of putting a weight or quantity limit on how many of the same items you can order (as some of our competitors do). We instead separate these items from the promotion. Over 95% of our items qualify. Whenever we are able to offer an item with free or flat rate shipping, we do!

Return Policies
We get it, you ordered something and it's not what you thought. No sweat, all products - opened or not - can be returned for any reason. Send the items back to us within 90 days and we'll refund your money. Lucky Vitamin brand products can be returned within 1 year! Once we receive the package, we'll refund you via the same method of payment with which you paid. You will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees (unless of course, it was our error). If 90 days has passed since your purchase, we're sorry, but we can't accept this item as a return.

Here are a few special cases...

  • If you ordered more than 1 of a specific product, only 1 of those items may be returned opened. All other items must be in a factory sealed container. For example, ordered three boxes of the same cereal? You may return one opened, but the other two need to be sealed.
  • If you're returning 12 or more of the same items, there will be a 15% restocking fee due to inventory control and those pesky shelf life limits.
  • When returning items from an order that originally qualified for free shipping, $5.95 will be deducted from your total refund if the new order value (less the return) is less than $49.
  • Some brands also have special return policies, see below for more details.


1. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
2. Indicate whether you would like an replacement or a refund.
3. Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.
4. Use the mailing address below to address your return shipment.
5. Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your order receipt with your package so we can process an accurate refund quickly.)
6. You will receive an email confirming your return request. Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns to process, although, they usually don’t take that long.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order (usually within a few minuets). This email will provide you with confirmation numbers and order tracking numbers to track your order while it is still in our system (if you opt to create an account). Using the order tracking feature on the menu bar at the top of the site you will be able to track the status of your order once it has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for you order to process before shipping. After your order has shipped we will send an email to the address provided with a verified carrier tracking number so that you can continue to track your shipment online.

Partial Ships & Backorders

On rare occasions we may run out of stock on an item. This may cause a slight delay of shipment for your order. If an item you ordered is going to be back-ordered for an extended period of time, we will notify you via e-mail of this delay and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as they are available.

Here at we have a great relationship with our suppliers so we are usually able to get your products very quickly. If your back-ordered item(s) will arrive in a timely manner, we will delay your shipping so we can send your order in its entirety. If we can not have your item(s) soon after receipt of your order, we will ship your partial order and automatically ship the back-ordered items as soon as they become available at no extra cost to you.
