Welcome to Dr. In The Kitchen - makers of flackers - flax seed crackers, a gluten free food - high in Omega-3 fatty acids and fiber. Flackers are sprouted and dehydrated, so they are a raw food product. Flackers® are our first product, but stay tuned for more!

Doctor In The Kitchen was started by Alison Levitt M.D., a holistic medical doctor, and Donn Kelly a seasoned food marketer. Dr. Levitt is board certified in Family Medicine and specializes in integrative medicine, where she blends the unique modalities of nutrition, herbs, and spirituality into her practice of medicine. Doctor In The Kitchen incorporates her wisdom of health and her passion for nutrition with the belief that, "Good food is wise medicine". Dr. Levitt developed flackers for her clients and began selling them as part of her practice in early 2005.Together, Alison and Donn joined forces to bring this fabulous, healthy line of food products to you.
